AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM:
Open: July 28 - August 1 (7:30am - 5:00pm)
August 11 - August 12 (12:00pm - 6:00pm)
Details: $25 Membership per child for Afterschool
$75 Per Semester or $125 for Year Per Child

Basketball Registration
Registration for Pre-K (4yrs old) through 2nd grad
Sign up October 13 - November 13 at the
Boys & Girls Club office Monday through Friday from 12:00-6:00pm.
Tryouts- Grades 1st and 2nd will be held November 18th at 6:00pm
Grades Pre-k and K will not have tryouts.
Fees:
$25.00 Membership
$50 Athletic Fee ($5 discount for 2nd , 3rd child in same sport)

Important Information:
Register Online or In Person
- REGISTER IN PERSON at Boys & Girls Club office (1840 W. Moline 501.337.4462) between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM OR Register Online at malvernbgc.com
- Please send one adult to register your child for the after school program or soccer program.
- Please enter through hall doors on the soccer field side
- Child Must Be Registered and all Fees Paid Before Attending After School Program
